Questions Asked Frequently

Below are some of the frequent questions we have been receiving from our customers. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please feel free to send us an e-mail or give us a call!

1. ONBOARDING

HOW DOES WAVE FITNESS ONLINE TRAINING WORK?

Our online training sessions are 60mins long and they are customized and delivered by one of our Wave fitness experts. Trainings are conducted via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, Viber or Skype so our trainers can see you and guide you through the set of customized exercises, motivate you and suggest any corrections if needed.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TRAINING SESSION?

Prior to your workout session, you’ll be in touch with your designated trainer to set up a time and discuss any possible concerns etc. Make sure to have your device charged, have a good internet connection and be ready to challenge yourself!

CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND?

Of course! You can a schedule a training together with your friend, partner or anyone else! Our trainers are skilled in training individually as well as small groups?

2. TRIAL CLASS

CAN I TRY A SESSION?

Of course! Your first session is always on us! (No commitment!). Please go to book a free session section on our website or contact us at info@wavefitnessclub.com.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR TRIAL SESSION?

To sign up for a free session, simply submit your info here and one of our coaches will contact you shortly to schedule your free training.

3. BOOKINGS

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION?

Wave Fitness Concierge will contact you within 24 hours to pair you with the ideal trainer and schedule your first session. For any other sessions you’d wish to schedule you can contact us anytime or be directly in touch with your trainer.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE FUTURE TRAININGS?

After your initial training, you’ll be in touch with your trainer directly via whatsapp, viber or email to schedule future sessions.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY WORKOUT SESSION?

We understand that plans change sometimes and that you might need to cancel or reschedule your sessions. We have 24 hours notice policy if you need to cancel or wish to make any changes to your appointment. If you need to cancel less then 24hrs in advance, the session will be counted as used.

4. PAYMENTS

HOW DOES PRICING AND PAYMENT WORK?

Our sessions are priced at $35 for one 60min session of $300 for 10 sessions. You can pay for your sessions securely on our website here or send us a Venmo/Cashapp at @wave-fitness

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF LATE CANCELLATION?

If you need to cancel within less then 24hrs, the session will be counted as used.

5. TECHNOLOGY

HOW TO PREPARE FOR ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

All you need is a bit of space, connectivity and some workout gear. Assuming that you have a stable wifi connection, and your device is fully charged, you can get in touch with your trainer via FaceTime, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom or WeChat. Make sure you have enough space to be able to do 2 walking lunges, jump and floor exercises without hitting the furniture or surrounding objects!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY INTERNET DROPS DURING THE WORKOUT?

We understand that internet connections can drop sometimes. In that case, stay patient for a few moments to see if the connection comes back and is stable again. If, for some reason, your connection is fully lost, we will help you reschedule your session.

WHAT IF MY CAMERA/MICROPHONE IS NOT WORKING?

If your camera or microphone is not working, check your settings to make sure it’s activated or try restarting your phone and get in touch with your trainer again.

WILL MY TRAINER BE ABLE TO SEE MY WORKOUTS?

Yes, we have tested this way of workouts with hundreds of clients and received only positive feedbacks. Our trainers will help you to set your device in the perfect angle so they can see every movement, help you correct your position and count all your reps!

6. TRAINERS

ARE WAVE FITNESS TRAINERS QUALIFIED?

Wave Fitness has high hiring standards, and all of our trainers are certified and qualified with more than 10 years of experience with various skills within fitness industry, but also very professional, adaptable and motivating. Wa take our hiring process very seriously to ensure that all of our clients have the most rewarding fitness experience.

CAN I APPLY TO BECOME WAVE FITNESS TRAINER?

CAN I CHANGE A TRAINER?

We are very confident that you will fall in love with your designated trainer, but if for any reason you wish to continue with a different trainer, feel free to let us know at info@wavefitnessclub.com and we’ll take care of it!

7. EQUIPMENT

I DON’T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT, CAN I STILL TRAIN?

Absolutely! If you workout from your gym, our trainers will guide you how to make the most from all the equipment provided, but if you workout from home with no equipment, our trainers are very experienced in developing custom bodyweight exercises (with little or no equipment at all). Bodyweight exercises are proven to be one of the most efficient workouts with incredible results. If you wish to have your own equipment, we also created 3 packages of the most used equipment items that you can order directly from amazon here.

HOW TO KNOW WHICH EQUIPMENT TO GET?

If you wish to buy the equipment from our custom packages, your personal trainer will guide you on which packages suits you and your goals the best. All of our packages are carefully selected and can be purchased via Amazon. Note: We don’t get any commission from these affiliate links.

SHOULD I TRAIN FROM HOME OR GYM?

Absolutely up to you! If you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home, our trainers will set custom workouts for your goals using little to no equipment, but if you wish to workout from your gym and make the most out of the equipment there, your trainer will get familiar with it and guide you through the set of exercises.

8. TRAINING TYPES

WHAT TYPES OF TRAININGS DO YOU OFFER?

We understand that each client is unique and has their own fitness goals and backgrounds. Our coaches specialize in variety of fitness skills and strategies on how to reach specific goals. Weather is gaining strength, loosing weight, muscle toning etc, we got you! You can browse different goals here or you can talk to us about your specific requirements etc. Meanwhile, we are working on adding more categories such as yoga, pilates and much more.

CAN I TALK TO MY TRAINER OUTSIDE OF TRAINING SESSIONS?

Our trainers are available to you for any questions you might have regarding scheduling, nutrition etc 24/7.
